Wietzel House

An 1859 deed showed four lots here that sold for $308. Jacob Wietzel, an Alsatian, bought them between 1865 and 1881. He built five houses on the lots, living in one and renting out four. At one time, five family members lived here side by side. This stuccoed caliche, four-room, vernacular cottage was moved from North HemisFair in 1988.
