Stone mason John Kusch probably built this limestone house in 1885. The style is Folk Victorian with Italianate details, including beveled porch columns, an arched transom over the double doors, and scroll-saw brackets. La Fonda Santa Anita, a Mexican Restaurant, operated out of the house during HemisFair.
