Vogel Belt Complex, 1880

This building block on the west side of Plaza de Armas, now leased as city offices, is an excellent example of late Victorian commercial development. The buildings once housed a variety of enterprises including The Fashion Theater, the wool and cotton business of Louis Bergstrom, and the Heusinger Hardware Company.
